Art of Senso
Martial Arts School
NOGI GRAPPLING/ WRESTLING
Our No-Gi Grappling and Wrestling program at Art of Senso is designed to build well-rounded, adaptable fighters — equally confident in submission grappling, positional control, and takedowns. Led by Head Coach Ollie Webb, a current British Catch Wrestling Champion and active international competitor, classes focus on blending the best elements of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, catch wrestling, and freestyle wrestling into a complete grappling system. Training emphasises technical precision, live situational drills, and practical application in a supportive yet challenging environment.
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
At Art of Senso, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) is taught as both a martial art and a philosophy — a disciplined practice of control, leverage, and composure under pressure. Our classes are built to develop technique, fitness, and mental resilience in a supportive and disciplined environment.
BJJ focuses on ground-based grappling and submissions, using technique and timing rather than strength to overcome an opponent. Whether your goal is self-defence, competition, or personal growth, our structured program offers something for everyone.
Mixed Martial Arts
Our Mixed Martial Arts program at Art of Senso blends the most effective striking and grappling disciplines into one complete system. Designed for both beginners and experienced athletes, each class focuses on developing technical precision, fluid movement, and the mindset of a modern martial artist.
MMA at Art of Senso is not about aggression — it’s about control, adaptability, and self-mastery. Students learn how to transition seamlessly between stand-up striking, clinch work, takedowns, and ground fighting, building a versatile skill set for self-defence, fitness, or competition.
