Art of Senso — Free Trial Lesson By booking a free trial class at Art of Senso, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These are designed to ensure a safe, fair, and enjoyable experience for all participants. 1. Eligibility Free trial lessons are available to first-time visitors only. Participants must be aged 5 or above, and attend the class appropriate for their age and experience level. Our team will talk you through the best class to attend if you are not sure. Each person is entitled to one free trial session only. 2. Booking & Attendance All trial lessons must be booked in advance through the Art of Senso website or by contacting our team directly. Walk-in attendance is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Please arrive 10–15 minutes before class to allow time for registration and introduction. If you are unable to attend your booked trial, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule. 3. Health & Safety All participants (or a parent/guardian for minors) must complete a waiver and health declaration form before participating. Participants must inform the instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, or limitations prior to training. Art of Senso reserves the right to refuse participation if an individual is deemed unfit to train for safety reasons. Proper hygiene and clean training attire are required at all times. 4. Conduct Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward coaches, staff, and fellow students. Any aggressive, disrespectful, or unsafe behaviour may result in removal from the session. Parents/guardians of youth participants are encouraged to observe quietly from the designated viewing area. 5. Liability While all reasonable precautions are taken to ensure participant safety, martial arts training involves inherent physical risks. By participating, you acknowledge and accept these risks and agree that Art of Senso and its staff are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during or as a result of training. 6. Photography & Media By attending a free trial, you consent to non-identifiable photos or videos being taken for promotional use, unless you opt out in writing prior to the session. 7. Membership Options After the trial session, you’ll have the option to join as a member under one of our standard membership plans. There is no obligation to sign up after your free trial.
